Problem Description
One or more customers have completed orders, but when they log in to their account, they can't see the order info there!
This problem occurs when you have Guest checkout enabled. Your customer likely completed the order without logging in to their account, which means that the orders are not associated with their account.
Problem Resolution
There's two possible solutions to this:
1. Disable guest checkout so people always have to login to their account.
2. As an admin, you can manually assign these orders to their account by visiting the order and choosing their account under the "Customer" field (rather than the default selection of "guest")
